Our story

Pectagon is a Berlin-based team building the platform that turns scattered customer reviews into structured, actionable business intelligence.

Companies receive customer feedback across dozens of platforms - Google, Trustpilot, G2, Amazon, and more. Most of that feedback is never read systematically, never analyzed at scale, and never turned into decisions.

The result: teams make product, service, and strategy decisions without a structured understanding of what their customers actually experience.

Pectagon closes that gap. We import reviews from every relevant platform, apply AI to identify patterns and trends, and deliver executive-ready intelligence to the people who need it - automatically.
